Why are you sending so many emails?

Apologize for all the emails lately.  We made a decision to try our best to contact as many classmates as possible.  In the past six months our email list has grown to about 175.  However, we don't know if everyone gets our email.  Recently, we have used an email service that allows us to track who opens our email.

For the next few weeks we will be sending 1 email  per week to folks who haven't RSVP (registered or told us that they can't make it).

December Newsletter and Communications Plan

We have distributed the December MHS 77 Reunion Newsletter to all known email addresses.  To be added to the distribution list please forward you contact information to classof77mhs@gmail.com.

The December newsletter featured the results of our classmate survey regarding preferences for the upcoming reunion.

We plan on publishing monthly newsletters for the immediate future.

We will be sending out a postal mailing to all classmates with whom we do not have an email address when we have a firm date for the reunion.

We prefer to communicate email for a few reasons:

1. Sending out a mailing to hundreds of classmates is very time consuming and the Reunion Committee volunteers have jobs, families and other interests.
2. To control costs.  The costs of materials and postage will be added into the price of the ticket.

Please check our missing classmate page:  http://mhsclassof77reunion.blogspot.com/p/missing-or-unaccounted-for-classmates.html.  If your name appears on this list ---  we either do not have an email address or we have not validated that you are receiving our emails.
